Newell 2020p
The 2020p (also written 2020P) was Newell's body style from late in the 2013 model year. Owner sites say the p50 replaced it partway through the 2017 model year, although Family RVing reported in 2016 that every 2017 coach would have p50 styling. It carried updated Porsche Design styling, with refined chrome trim around the headlights and generator door and new taillights. Family RVing tested a 45-foot 2013 coach with a 600-horsepower Cummins ISX engine and a suggested base price of $1,511,500.

The story of the model
2020p history
Owner archives date the 2020p from late 2013 through 2017. The NewellGurus coach list says coach 1466, a 2013 model, was one of the first Newells with the 2020p front and rear caps.
Family RVing's road test in its October 2013 issue called the coach a 2013 Newell 2020P. It described refined chrome trim for the headlights and generator door, and chrome-trimmed taillights modeled on mid-1950s Packards. The tested coach used ZF active suspension with computer-controlled dampers, TRW EasiSteer electronic steering assist and a 20-kilowatt Martin generator. The magazine said Newell was building 24 coaches a year at the time.
No source read for this record documents a specific 2014, 2015 or 2016 coach.
