Tiffin Allegro RED
The Allegro RED is Tiffin's rear-engine diesel Class A built on a Freightliner chassis. A brochure dated April 2010 presents it as a new model with a 340-horsepower Cummins engine. For 2024 Tiffin renamed the Allegro RED 360 as simply Allegro RED and fitted a 380-horsepower Cummins L9.

The story of the model
Allegro RED history
A brochure printed in April 2010 introduces the Allegro RED as a rear-engine diesel coach for owners who wanted the Allegro's value with the engine in back. It lists three floorplans on a Freightliner raised-rail chassis with a 340-horsepower Cummins ISB and an Allison 2500 MH transmission.
Tiffin's brochure library files its 2010 to 2023 brochures under the label Allegro RED 360. From 2019 to 2023 the library also lists a separate Allegro RED 340 line.
For the 2024 model year Tiffin renamed the Allegro RED 360 as Allegro RED. The 2024 brochure marks a 380-horsepower Cummins L9 as new and says the 360-horsepower Cummins B6.7 was no longer available. The 2024 to 2027 documents list three floorplans: 33 AA, 37 BA and 38 KA.
