Tiffin Byway
The Byway is a Class A diesel pusher that Tiffin launched in September 2023 as an all-new 2024 model, replacing the Allegro RED 340. It rides on a Freightliner XCS straight-rail chassis with a 340-horsepower Cummins B6.7 and came in three floorplans about 35 and 39.5 feet long. Tiffin's brochures cover 2024 to 2026, and the Byway is not on its 2027 model list.

The story of the model
Byway history
Tiffin announced the Byway in its list of 2024 model-year changes in August 2023 and launched it in September 2023. The company's review of that year says it replaced the Allegro RED 340, and that trade magazine RV News named the Byway 38 CL its Type A diesel motorhome of the year.
All three Byway years in Tiffin's library list the same three floorplans, the 33 FL, 38 BL and 38 CL, on a Freightliner XCS straight-rail chassis with a 340-horsepower Cummins B6.7 and an Allison 2500 MH transmission.
Tiffin's 2027 model list does not include the Byway. No announcement about the end of the model was found, so no final model year is recorded.
