Newmar King Aire
The King Aire is Newmar's most expensive coach. For 2027 it is a 45-foot, tag-axle diesel Class A on a Spartan K3 chassis with a 605-horsepower Cummins engine. It comes in three floor plans that each start at $1,765,680 on the King Aire page and $1,754,560 on Newmar's lineup page. Newmar's brochure archive holds King Aire brochures for 2008, 2009 and every model year from 2011 to 2027.

The story of the model
King Aire history
Newmar's online archive shows the King Aire name on brochures for 2008 and 2009 and then for every model year from 2011 through 2027. The archive has no brochures for any model for 2010. No source read for this record states the King Aire's first model year.
For 2026 Newmar reported three more inches of headroom, a new interior offered in two styles called Regal and Refined, and a lithium battery system with 640 amp-hours standard. For 2027 it added an ownership program called the Newmar Signature Experience, a 360-degree camera system that records, remote grey-tank operation and standard Starlink internet.
