Renegade RV Verona
The Verona is built on the Freightliner M2-106 Plus truck chassis with a 360-horsepower Cummins L9 and a 20,000-pound tow rating. Floorplans run from 36 feet 8 inches to 39 feet 10 inches. It shares its chassis and tank sizes with the Verona LE but has less standard equipment. Renegade reports that RV News named the 2025 Verona 40VTS its Class C RV of the Year. Renegade's model list called it a Class C diesel for 2025 and 2026 and calls it a Super C diesel for 2027, so it is listed here as a Super C.

The story of the model
Verona history
Renegade's brochure archive has a Verona for every model year from 2018 through 2027. RVGuide's lists show the suggested price of the lowest-priced floorplan rising from $297,612 for 2020 to $321,115 for 2021, $330,315 for 2022 and $394,512 for 2023.
RVGuide lists a shorter 34VQB floorplan for 2020 through 2022. From 2023 its lists start with the 36VSB. Renegade's 2025 page lists a fourth floorplan, the 40VTS, that is not in RVGuide's 2024 list. Renegade reports that RV News named that floorplan its Class C RV of the Year in November 2024.
Renegade's model list labels the Verona a Class C diesel for 2025 and 2026 and a Super C diesel for 2027. It is recorded here as a Super C because that is the builder's current label.
