Notes
Wikipedia names the Ford Super Duty V8 and says buyers could pick their own paint color and that the entry door sat in the middle of the body, unlike the school bus. Vintage Birds dates the start of actual production to 1965 and lists the 31-foot unit as the only size. Lengths are the nominal model lengths used by Vintage Birds, not measured figures.
