Notes

Engine and transmission fields are left empty because the Vintage Birds model list says gasoline and diesel engines were both fitted in 1977. The club’s 1977 specifications page lists the standard diesel as a 210-hp Caterpillar 3208 with an Allison MT-643 four-speed automatic. Vintage Birds’ standard specifications for 1977 also list: Blue Bird All American chassis, leaf-spring suspension, full air brakes, a 45-gallon LP tank, and a Kohler generator of 12.5 kW (diesel) on the 35-foot or 7.5 kW (gasoline) on the 31- and 33-foot. The page’s “waste water” figure is recorded here as black water. The same block appears on the club’s 1977, 1978 and 1979 pages, so it may be generic rather than year-exact. It also says “Side Bath or Rear Bath”, while the club’s own model list dates Rear Bath models to 1983. The specifications are an owner-club summary from the Vintage Birds page for this year, not a factory scan. Lengths are the nominal model lengths used by Vintage Birds, not measured figures.
